Rick White

Founder

Rick White has been in the construction industry for more than twenty years. He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology for Construction Management, and Facility Management. He has managed projects, personally, ranging from $4 million office spaces to $60 million data centers. He holds an unrestricted MA-CSL, as well as many other trade and OSHA certificates.

In addition, he holds multiple certificates in Facility Management that allow him to work with clients from a property management perspective as well. Rick has spearheaded multiple teams, managing over 1.5 million square feet of facilities at one time. He has an understanding of complex cooling and electrical distribution systems, and has worked on specialized architectural finishes. Rick started in the industry as a laborer for his family’s construction company before becoming a lead carpenter on residential projects. This helped Rick develop an eye for details, which is great for our clients that are looking at high-end finishes. Rick has a proven track record of exceeding our client expectations.

 
 

Edward Bilapka

Superintendent

Ed has been in the construction industry for more than thirty years. He has held a Mass Construction Supervisor’s License and HIC for almost as long. Ed worked as a union carpenter for many years until transitioning into a Superintendent. Ed brings a monumental amount of knowledge to Bradford Construction Management, so our clients can rest assured that their projects are being supervised by someone with more experience than most!

Ed is a master carpenter, who has an understanding of MEP systems as well. Ed is very detail orientated, which helps ensure we will meet our clients’ expectations. So, if you are looking for a high-end kitchen, addition, or new custom home build, Ed is the individual you want overseeing your project.

Jack Daigle

Assistant Project Manager

Jack came to Bradford Construction Management from the commercial construction industry. Jack’s previous experience in construction dealt with high-end office space, and mission critical data centers. During that time Jack was responsible for coordinating, and executing many projects along with his team. Jack brings a high level of detail, and organization to Bradford Construction Management, and to our client’s overall experience. Jack also loves the outdoors, and has climbed several mountains locally, and even has trained individuals on how to climb correctly! If you see Jack ask him about some of his climbing experiences, as he has many great stories.

Jack is repsponsible to project coordinating, issuing daily client communication, coordinating our client meetings, among other project management duties. We are happy to have Jack on our team, along with all the great qualities he brings to our projects!
